Ken Yarbrough, President
Ken has over 20 years of experience in all areas of employee benefits, with a concentration in executive and supplemental disability insurance plans. Prior to becoming a consultant, Ken spent much of his career in sales and management with leading disability carriers such as Unum and MassMutual. That focused experience in a unique niche of the benefits industry has provided valuable expertise on the most innovative plan designs, concepts and customized communication strategies available. Ken is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a degree in Risk Management.
Susanne Boyer, Vice President Client Services
Susanne is an experienced insurance professional with over 19 years experience in both insurance and human resources. She has held various roles in the insurance space at publicly traded corporations, brokerage firms and a leading insurance carrier, MassMutual. Susanne spent the majority of her career in Client Services leading and developing Account Management and Relationship Management teams. She has an in-depth understanding of executive benefits and is focused on optimizing both client relationships and case performance. Susanne is a graduate of Carson-Newman University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Human Services.
